The mission of this role is to spearhead Energeia’s marketing and outreach campaigns. You will be building, testing and implementing new methods to engage all stakeholders. From analyzing campaigning strategy to operating social media channels, this role will be a crash course in how real marketing actually works. Your typical day could include anything from developig advertizing material, interviewing clients in their factories to writing blogs. 


The right candidate for this mission is organized and detail-oriented, loves to make chaotic situations run smoothly and understands the value of strong processes. 

  • Organize marketing and outreach campaigns

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

  • Prepare promotional presentations by interviewing clients

  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

  • The right candidate would be paid a competitive salary

  • College or Graduate School students focusing on a business, statistics, marketing, environment or energy-related field

  • Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences

  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Prior experience with creating and documenting business processes

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening

  • Excellent organizational and self-management capability

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional team

  • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal instruction

  • High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting new challenges

  • Intellectual agility and curiosity, superb analytical skills; problem-solving is your default mode 

  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite
