ENGINEERING MANAGER: FUEL CONVERSION
Location: New Delhi | Type: Full Time
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to undertake fuel conversion projects.

The mission of this role is to take care of complete installation & commissioning activities across the gamut of
product ranges which includes DG set conversion, Process boilers, Gas Burners, Hot Air & Water Generation Systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Coordinating the Site availability of material and coordinating with relevant vendors
-
Making complete erection plan for installation of various equipment such as process boiler (gas fired/dual fuel), Hot Water & Air Generators, DG set conversion to dual fuel firing
-
Carrying out the complete commissioning activities which includes commissioning of mechanical, electrical & C&I equipment.

REQUIRMENTS:
-
​The person should have the following experience:
-
At least 6 years of experience in installation & commissioning of process steam boilers of capacity 1TPH to 15 TPH
-
Experience in installation of PLC/DCS systems
-
Good knowledge on boiler process design, Energy efficiency practices etc.

Experience in sizing & selection of various boiler components such as fans, burners, valves, dampers etc.

Knowledge on boiler instrumentation & interlocks
-
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical or Electrical

Additional Qualification:
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
-
Knowledge of various IBR & ASME Standards
