PADMINI VNA MECHATRONICS
E-AIR CONTRACT
Founded in 2005, Padmini VNA is focused on the innovation and manufacturing of cutting-edge technologies for the auto components industry.

Energeia and Padmini VNA has signed a 5 year long E-Air contract, in which Energeia would baseline their energy consumption in the air compressors plants, and reduce it by 20% over 5 years. Energeia would baseline, monitor, identify energy conservation measures, finance them and implement them, in return for a share of the savings. Padmini VNA would put up 0 CAPEX, and enjoy a share of the savings for 5 years, post which all new equipment and ECMs would be handed over to Padmini VNA at no cost.
